What we hold
When you sign up for an email list, we hold your email address and which list or lists you chose. We store it in Supabase. We send the emails through Resend. We use Google Analytics to measure site usage with cookies. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads. That is the whole inventory.
What we deliberately do not hold
No passwords. No IP logs kept by us. No detailed browsing history. No payment information. The Monastic Pint is designed so a breach of our database would tell someone very little about you.
How we use it
We use your email only to send the emails you chose. We do not send unsolicited marketing beyond the email lists. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. We review stored questions to decide what to build next. Data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics measures site usage with cookies; visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google AdSense serves ads on our site and may use cookies for personalization. You can control your ad settings at Google Ad Settings. Who processes data for us
Supabase stores the database. Resend delivers email. Cloudflare serves the site. Google provides analytics and advertising. Each holds only what its job requires and has its own privacy policy.
Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that email signups are not spam. Turnstile may collect limited technical data from your browser to do this.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Write to support@monasticpint.com. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page.
